About Us:
Each year, Ark Homes Foster Family Agency continues to provide care and outreach to numerous foster children by providing them with safe and nurturing homes during their times of distress and need. Through the Ark Homes Foster Family Agency program, we have helped change the lives of many of our foster children, and ultimately, we help re-unite them with their families.
Ark Homes Foster Family Agency trains foster parents, teaching them how to raise and effectively provide for foster children. Additional training is conducted for those foster parents who are willing and able to care for foster children with special needs. We have certified over 230 foster homes since 2003. These foster homes have played a key role in providing caring environments for foster children within the San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
Ark Homes also continuously monitors and inspects the various foster homes which are certified to ensure that both the foster parents and the foster children are the right fit for one another. This helps ensure that truly safe and nurturing homes are being provided for our community’s children.
Additionally, Ark Homes recognizes the importance of providing the foster children under its care with the same academic and extracurricular opportunities enjoyed by other children. We are currently developing extensive academic and extracurricular programs which are to be available to our foster children.
